The CVVC Family

Central Valley Volleyball Club was established to promote volleyball as a competitive sport in the Gallatin Valley. Participation in club volleyball creates a desire in our players to succeed and excel with the philosophy of doing one’s absolute best and to deal with any outcome with dignity and grace.

Tryouts

18s: Sunday December 13th at Big Timber Civic Center

10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, and 16s: Sunday December 20th at Belgrade High Greenline Gym

Tryouts are closed to parent or public observation.

Fees

The participation fee for the 2026/2027 season is $300.00 for 11s, $700.00 for 12s, 13s, 14s, 16s, and 18s, due no later than try-outs..

If more than one family member is participating, you qualify for the family discount. You may deduct $25 for each child, for 2 or more athletes in one family.

6 Things That Must Be Brought to Tryouts

1. Signed Participation Waiver & Release. Read the CVVC Handbook - the release form is on the last page.
2. Signed Permission/Liability Waiver & Photo Release
3. Signed Medical Release
4. Completed Sports Physical for current school year
5. Current AAU Membership Card with CVCC Club Code: U2UJ2FAWA
6. Check for Season Fees made out to CVVC ($300 for 10s/11s, $700 for 12s-18s)

Player Medical Release

This must be completed - legibly - and signed in all areas by both the player and his/her parent or guardian.
