Melissa Finkbeiner-Holm

Coach

Melissa is the Director and Head Coach of CVVC. She will be returning for her 20th year coaching. Melissa is a Belgrade High graduate and played volleyball throughout high school for Belgrade High and CVVC as an outside hitter. Her goal each year is to ensure all girls improve their volleyball skills, knowledge, and become a better teammate. She believes in pushing all athletes both mentally and physically so that they can reach their potential on and off the court. She expects athletes to give her their best as she promises to give them hers. She truly loves the game.

Natasha Stenberg

Coach

Natasha is a volunteer/setting coach for Central Valley and has been a part of CVVC as a player or coach since she was 14 years old. A Belgrade High 2010 graduate, Natasha played volleyball throughout high school for the Panthers, CVVC and played four years of collegiate volleyball at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island as a setter. She loves to share your passion for volleyball. Natasha currently lives in Big Timber with her husband and 4 kids, Alivia, Samuel, Kennedy, and Hayden.

Bailey Weisz

Coach

Bailey has been involved in volleyball since fourth grade and competed for CVVC, Big Sky, and Mountain One, as well as four years at Belgrade High School. She graduated from Belgrade High in 2021 and continued her volleyball career at Presentation College in Aberdeen, SD, before finishing at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, KS. She earned both a B.S. in Exercise Science and a B.A. in Psychology, giving her a strong foundation in athletic performance and mindset training.

Bailey played as a defensive specialist, setter, and a serving specialist, contributing a versatile skill set to every team she joined. She has coaching experience at the club level and focuses on strong fundamentals, steady skill development, and building positive mindsets. Her goal is to help athletes grow in confidence, competitiveness, and love for the game.

Lindsey Hildreth

Coach

Lindsey grew up in Ogden, UT where she first fell in love with volleyball. She played throughout middle and high school and played on competitive USAV teams. She then played at Carroll College in Helena before she started coaching. During her volleyball career, she played outside hitter, middle blocker, defensive specialist, and opposite. She has now coached 31 seasons between club and school seasons. She believes the first step for any team is building a strong foundation in basics. After foundations are built, her goal is to get all athletes to truly understand concepts so they are able to make their own game-time decisions. She is excited to be back in the gym with CVVC athletes.

Carey Hofner

Coach

Carey grew up playing volleyball in Ohio as a DS/OH. When it came to college, she went to the direction of officiating volleyball which gave her an opportunity to really learn the game from a different perspective. After she finished her schooling, she moved to Colorado and played rec volleyball and eventually joined the coaching staff for Vail Volleyball Club in Vail, Colorado where she coached for 8 seasons before joining CVVC. During her time with VVC she coached 13’s to 15’s age groups, ranging from Developmental teams to National level teams. Some of her joys in coaching are ensuring her team loves to play while also learning the game and taking their passion to the next level. When not in the gym, Carey can be found on the softball field in the summer, on the mountain in the winter, or hiking and hanging out with her dog Josie, a 10 year old rescue husky. She is excited for her fourth season with Central Valley!

Paetyn Gouge

Erin Hutchings

Coach

Erin was born and raised in Manhattan, MT and played five years of volleyball for Mountain One Club out of Bozeman, starting in the sixth grade. She played all through middle school and four years of varsity as a defensive specialist and backup setter. She has coached 11 seasons between club and school ball, currently coaching jr. high volleyball in Manhattan, and has had experience as an assistant high school volleyball coach and little girls’ softball coach. Her dad coached many sports, including volleyball, and loved to share his passion for sports with others, so Erin grew up hanging out in the gym and loving the game of volleyball. She’s super excited to share that same passion, knowledge, and love for the game with her two girls and yours! Her favorite thing about coaching is watching the girls develop self-confidence and grow as individuals and as a team.

Ella Cooney

Coach

Ella is a senior at Harlowton High School and is excited for her first season coaching with CVVC in Big Timber. Her mom began coaching when she was three, so volleyball has been a major part of her life from an early age. With over 10 years dedicated to the sport — including seven seasons at HHS and two with CVVC — she has played nearly every position, from mentoring youth competitors to stepping into different roles on the court. She loves being a positive influence for younger athletes and helping them discover their passion for the game, and she is thrilled to be a new part of their journeys. When she’s not in the gym, she enjoys ranch life, outdoor adventures, and supporting others in their success.

Danielle Prewett

Coach

Danielle was born and raised in Montana and graduated from Belgrade High School, where she played volleyball for the Panthers in middle school and all four years of high school. She has spent the past six years coaching youth softball in Manhattan and recently wrapped up her second season coaching middle school volleyball for the Gallatin Valley Homeschool Cougars. After discovering how much she loves coaching volleyball, she’s excited to continue with club volleyball this season. Danielle is passionate about helping young athletes grow in confidence, build new skills, and most importantly—have fun! She strives to create a positive environment where every player feels encouraged, challenged, and valued. Danielle is looking foward to her second season with Central Valley!

Noel Edwards

Coach

Coach Noel Edwards finished her fourth year as a coach for the 5/6 grade Homeschool volleyball program in the fall. She also coached a season For the Future Sports this past winter. She was born and raised in Montana, is married to Alex Edwards, who is an engineer for a local civil firm in Bozeman. They are blessed to have four children, three of whom play volleyball. She considers it an honor and a privilege to coach some amazing athletes and serve incredible families. She hopes it will be a season of growth and fun, where community is formed, friendships made, & the awesome game of volleyball is played well with strong character.
